Manufacturing shrink film is largely a game of consistency, the same shrink ratio, the same clarity and the same tensile strength batch after batch, because a film that behaves differently from roll to roll causes visible problems the moment it goes through a shrink tunnel. We test shrink behaviour, clarity and seal strength on every batch before approving it for dispatch, because film that looks fine on the roll but shrinks unevenly under heat causes real problems on a packing line, wasted film, slowed production, and inconsistent looking output.
